I’m Shawn Line, owner and general contractor at Line Built Construction. I’ve spent the last 25 years working in construction, developing a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and doing things right. I specialize in custom decks and stairs throughout North Idaho, with an understanding of weather, terrain, and other challenges that exterior projects face in this region.

I know that home renovations can feel stressful. My goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and quality work you can feel good about.

From there, I take pride in finding the right solutions and building every project with the same care I would put into my own home.
